5. zambo-watch: signal watch

Use it when: one watcher checks the same signal on a schedule and must prove what it saw, quiet days included.

1. Watch feeds the loop: zambo-watch checks a signal on a schedule and saves what it saw, quiet days included. A change it catches becomes the next run of zambo-loop.
2. The loop keeps the job alive: zambo-loop recalls its baseline verbatim, does today's pass, and wraps the job so tomorrow's session picks it up exactly where today stopped.
3. The loop hands to a swarm: when the job outgrows one agent, zambo-swarm splits it across workers on one shared job, and each worker proves its own piece.
4. Delivery proves the result: zambo-delivery wraps the finished work as one handover the client checks step by step; the client pickup is the sign-off.
5. Verify-pass checks any retelling: when anyone retells the result later, zambo-verify-pass compares the retelling against the receipt of record and catches the drift.
