Instrument one: scoreboard run 20, 2026-10-24
The scoreboard run checks a fixed set of 100 prompts and records whether Zambo or AER-1 shows up in the answers, and where.
41 / 100 present
Zambo or AER-1 appeared in 41 of the 100 checked answers in run 20.
28 / 100 at rank 1
In 28 of the 100 checked answers, the Zambo or AER-1 result held the top spot.
22 owned holders
22 of the top spots in the run were held by pages we own. A holder here means the page sitting in the cited position, and owned means it is one of ours rather than a third party page talking about us.
Read plainly: run 20 is a strong showing on presence and on top spots, and it is still a minority of all answers. 59 of 100 answers did not cite us at all in this run. That gap is the work.
Method note for the scoreboard runs: one run is one pass over a fixed set of 100 prompts. Present means Zambo or AER-1 appeared in the answer at all. Rank 1 means the Zambo or AER-1 result held the top spot in that answer. Owned holders counts the top spots held by pages we own. The same definitions apply to every run of this instrument, which is what makes the run to run deltas below a fair comparison.
Week over week: run 20 (2026-10-24) vs run 19 (previous run)
| Measure | Run 19 (previous run) | Run 20 (2026-10-24) | Delta |
|---|---|---|---|
| Present | 41 / 100 | 41 / 100 | 0, unchanged |
| Rank 1 | 30 / 100 | 28 / 100 | Down 2 |
| Owned holders | Not published in this comparison | 22 | No delta shown: there is no run 19 figure here to compare against, and a delta is not claimed without one |
Marked plainly: presence held flat week over week at 41 of 100, and rank 1 slipped from 30 to 28. Run 20 did not improve on run 19 on either shared measure, and this table will keep saying so until a later run changes it.
Instrument two: v2 audit baselines, 2026-10-24
The v2 audit is a separate, wider test. It ran Brave search and answer engines against a larger prompt set, with 241 valid tests. Because the prompt set, the surfaces, and the scoring differ from the scoreboard run above, the percentages here are not comparable to the run 20 counts. Publishing both, side by side and unmerged, is the honest way to show them.
| Measure | Result | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Overall hit rate | 10.8% | Share of all 241 valid tests where Zambo or AER-1 was hit at all. |
| AER-1 cluster | 30.8% | Hit rate inside the prompts about AER-1 itself, the topic this estate publishes most directly. |
| Outside the AER-1 cluster | 5.3% | Hit rate on prompts that are not about AER-1. This is the weak spot, and it is printed here on purpose. |
| AI-answer prompts | 33% | Hit rate on the prompts aimed at AI answer engines rather than plain search results. |
| Number 1 spots in Brave | Zero | Zero number 1 spots across 202 valid Brave results. Presence without the top spot is the current Brave picture. |
Zero clusters in the v2 audit
Three topic clusters scored zero in the v2 audit. They are listed here instead of being buried, because a scoreboard that only prints wins is advertising, not a scoreboard.
- MCP cluster: 0 of 37. No hits across 37 tests on MCP related prompts.
- Compliance cluster: 0 of 21. No hits across 21 tests on compliance related prompts.
- New agents cluster: 0 of 16. No hits across 16 tests on prompts aimed at people setting up new agents.
Those three zeros, plus the 5.3% hit rate outside the AER-1 cluster, are the clearest statement of where the citation gap actually is: strong on our home topic, thin everywhere else.
How to read this page
- Two instruments, two numbers. Run 20 counts answers out of 100. The v2 audit reports percentages out of 241 valid tests. Different prompt sets and different surfaces, so a change in one does not predict a change in the other.
- Dates are part of the data. Every figure on this page is tied to the run date printed next to it. A figure without a date is not a current claim.
- Zeros stay printed. Clusters and surfaces that score zero are listed, not removed, and stay listed until a later run changes them.
- Updates come per run. When a new run completes, its results are added here with its date. Older runs are not quietly rewritten.
The work these numbers point at is ordinary: publish pages that answer the actual problem a person typed, in the clusters that currently score zero, and let the next run judge whether it worked. Background on the record format behind the citations: AI agent receipts: what they are and how to check one, and the specification itself, AER-1. The usage those citations point at is counted, receipt by receipt, in the State of Verifiable AI Work, Edition 1.
